​What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal. Credit/Debit use is available through PayPal. USDC Cryptocurrency payment acceptance will be available in the very near future. PayPal is faster for order processing.

STEP 1

  • Select the blue "Place Order & Pay" button below. This will generate an invoice for your order in our system. A copy of the invoice will also automatically be sent to your email address

  • Our PayPal information will be provided via email immediately after we receive your order.

Step 2

  • Log in to your PayPal account and complete your order using the Paypal information provided and your order total

  •  Include ONLY your order number in the payment notes. This will allow us to match your payment with your order

  • Once your payment is complete, your order will be shipped the same day if the payment is made prior to 12pm EST Monday to Saturday. Orders after this time will be shipped the following day except Sunday or holidays

​​​​​Why does my product state that it is not for human consumption?

The items available for purchase on puretnc.com are not offered for human consumption. Products are intended solely for research purposes. By completing your purchase, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. This includes an acknowledgement that your intended use of any products obtained from PureTNC.com are for research purposes only.

​What is the shelf life of Tianeptine?

Tianeptine Non Caustic has a shelf life of 18-24 months from the date of shipping. Our guidelines ensure that you will receive consistently high quality products. Rest assured we treat customer relationships with the utmost care.

​Why has my package not shipped yet?

We ship with USPS and FedEX Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on a Sunday or a holiday will be shipped the following business day. For same day shipping, an order must be placed prior to noon eastern standard time Monday to Saturday. There is a small window of time within the noon hour afterward that we may still be able to still ship an item the same day for slightly late orders. This window is generally not greater than 20 minutes to enable us to assure same day ship out of all orders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation notice will be sent to the email addressed used during checkout. This will contain your tracking number. You may use the USPS, FedEX or UPS websites to track the status of your parcel.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes we do.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do with some exceptions due to local laws and regulations where applicable. Please use our contact page for ordering and shipping arrangements outside of USA.

​Can I cancel my order after completing payment?

PureTNC is able to cancel and refund an order if the order has not already been picked up for shipping. In this event a cancellation refund email notice will be provided once a customer has notified us by email. PureTNC cannot provide refunds or product cancellations for orders that have already shipped. Please ensure you review your cart prior to checkout. To amend an order that has already been made but that has not yet shipped, please submit a modification notice via email.

​What if USPS or Fedex delivers my order late?

Like all vendors, PureTNC is only able to ship orders out on time according to the shipping details of each order. As we are not USPS or FedEX, we have no ability to control circumstances of delivery on their part. Shipping fees of each order are passed through to the carrier in order to deliver items. In the past, PureTNC has made efforts to seek compensation/refunds for late delivery with little success. Carriers simply claim "acts of god" such as weather or some other terms of service reason that permits them to avoid refunds. Although carriers generally deliver on time, PureTNC cannot predict if/when a late delivery may occur. Our knowledge of the current status of a parcel is limited to the information contained within the tracking status provided by each carrier. As such PureTNC cannot cover lateness of a delivery that is caused by the carrier nor are we able to seek refunds from the carrier for items that have been delivered late. If an order is lost by a carrier prior to delivery, we will cover this in order to maintain good faith. This loss must be evident from the tracking status of the shipment at which time PureTNC will reship a matching order. If an order is lost or misplaced after the tracking status shows as "delivered", this cannot be covered under our carrier loss coverage policy. Please notify us via email should an order appear to have a loss status appear on the tracking page of your shipped order.

Your website offers many selection sizes of Tianeptine but can I order a specific custom amount?
