Shipping & Returns Policy
Pure TNC sends an email receipt for every order. If you don’t receive it immediately after completing your checkout, please check your spam folder or there may be an issue with the email address you provided to us during checkout. Please ensure the correct email address is provided as this will be our means of providing you with order status updates, tracking number information and any other correspondence.

Pure TNC uses USPS and FedEX to ship items. Shipping times are specified in the check out section when completing your order. If your package is returned to us because it could not be delivered to the address you specified, we’ll get in touch with you when it arrives back. You’ll receive an invoice for the cost of reshipping your order along with a request for an updated shipping address that is deliverable by USPS/FedEX. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number. Orders are shipped the same business day they are placed, if made prior to Noon EST Monday to Saturday. Otherwise they are promptly shipped the following business day. You may check the delivery status of your package on the USPS/FedEX website once your order status is updated with your tracking number.

Shipping time delays by USPS/FedEX are uncommon but should they occur, they are unforeseen and are the responsibility of USPS/FedEX. Our delivery time estimates for countries outside of U.S.A do not include customs processing time in the destination country. Some products offered may not be deliverable to some countries or states due to applicable local regulations or laws. We will not ship to addresses that are not permissible due to local regulations or law.
​​Packaging that arrives in damaged condition is the sole responsibility of USPS/FedEX, however PureTNC believes customer relations is of paramount importance. With this ethos in mind, on a case by case basis PureTNC may elect to offer a complimentary bonus amount of the same item to the affected customer on a subsequent order. This bonus will be based upon but not limited to; customer's original order size, order history, number of incidents of claimed damage and other factors. Please note, all items are shipped in sealed airtight packaging placed within bubble insulated mailers. PureTNC reserves the right to deny service to customers that are deemed to be engaging in or attempting disingenuous use of this goodwill policy.

Within the U.S.A, PureTNC cannot ship orders to the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MS, OH, OK, TN, VA
Orders outside of North America will vary from 2 - 6 business days shipping time.
